Now v not working

I have paid for entertainment and sports but when I go to watch a channel it is giving me the membership price and not allowing me to watch anything? I have been charged already? Help please

Broadband still not activated

My broad band was first supposed to be activated on the 18th and they changed it to the 21st. They said I didn’t need an engineer out and just to wait until 12am on the 21st as it can take up to then. Its now the 22nd and it’s still not activated.
