We're aware of an issue that may be affecting new customers trying to sign up to NOW TV.
Our technical teams are looking into this issue right now and will work to get things back up and running as soon as possible.

Update:
We're still working to resolve this issue, but in the meantime you can sign up by using an alternative email address to the one tried previously.
The email address needs to be one which you haven't used on any Sky or NOW TV account, or used to order a NOW TV Box.
