Hello. I have just signed up today for the tv and broadband combo. I understand I should be able to watch now tv on my tablet etc whilst waiting for the engineer to visit etc, but when I log into my account it shows no passes. Does it take a while? Also the confirmation email said I should be able to read legal info etc in the messages section of my account but there's nothing there yet! Thanks!
You are right you will be able to watch your pass before the activation date, but if you've just signed today it will still take a day or two to set everything up, particularly over a weekend. Give it a day or two and you start receiving emails, see your pass active and seeing progress being made on order via your My Account > Track my order page.
What exactly do you mean? What problem are you having?
