When on now TV . choose a channel. Then it desplays a purple screen saying content blocked . you can hear. But can only see the purple screen with message across it

Watching only on one device, when I try to watch on my Roku box it says I'm watching on too many devices.....how can this be? When we normally watch on three at the same time??????
