I've recently received a message on my daughters screen saying that the nowtv device will soon stop working, will nowtv provide an updated box or stick?

Thanks for the email to offer a free stick, but the order process doesnt work, it tries to request £0 from my credit card which is then rejected....? Why do you need to debit credit cards when there isnt any money to take. Also (as others have asked)...
