Paid bill and still can't watch?

I have paid my bill and have tried to get onto now tv on my box and my Tv and it says I have maximum number of devices I can't see how ? And I can't manage devices either it says there are none added some one please help !

Poor picture quality

My nowtv box seems to stream really poor quality pictures lately, starting last night. I have a Samsung smart tv and all other pictures seems fine. And my internet connection is fine because I can stream nowtv through my phone when connected to wifi

I keep getting a fuzzy picture ive changed lead done and update and when i what catch up i get a purple screen with white writting and the only way to correct it is unpluging and repluging!

No power to the now box.

Hello,My now box has no power, ive unplugged it, done a reset, unplugged my broadband and still nothing. This has been down sometime now so please can you advise what the next step is/ if you'll replace the box?
