Error mezzage

For the last few days we keep.loosing what we are watching and get Error -100 and -101. Neither of these are listed. It is only very recently that this has started.  Can anyone explain?

Now TV app switches to YouTube app

On a daily basis my now TV white box keeps switching from a programme on the Now TV app to the YouTube app. I have no idea why this is happening or how to prevent it, has anyone had a similar problem or a solution for this? 

Trouble completing account set up

I'm getting a message that the account is not set up properly. When I go to nowtv.com/activate to complete the set up and put in my details it is telliing me I have already set up a SkyID with this email. What do I need to do?

Anyone know how to get a replacement remote. Managed to get mine wet, so its not working making the now box useless. Thanks
