I've recently moved house. I have installed my box but when it asks for log in details it said not recognized. I changed my password incase I was wrong but it still says the same. Getting frustrated, please help. Thank you x

My NowTV box has been working fine but now only displays this sorry message. "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on it. Please come back later or go to Nowtv.com/help" any ideas how to fix it?
