We're aware that customers are currently unable to activate a new NOW TV Box.
We're working on fixing this as soon as possible, and will keep you up to date via this topic.

This issue is now resolved, and all customers will be able to activate their NOW TV Box as normal.
If it doesn't work right away, try resetting your box by pushing a pin/cocktail stick into the reset hole at the back of the box.
