white box freezing

Well after my last thread, i have reset, updated etc etc and still i have constant issues of the stalling and freezing with the white box that i cannot tollerate any further, its now behind a joke. I have no issues with a TV that has now TV installed on it, but with my new samsung i cannot use the app only the box, which has now gone past the point...

 

Now TV, my internet is fine, i think its the box, can i have some help please.

Well having spoken to Live chat this is an update.

 

Im not a getting a Box, one was never sent out and would have never been sent out. I need to go back to Argos to resolve the matter, so all the emails were a waste of time. Mean while i have a nice spining thing on my screan which means i cannot use NowTV and you think im going to keep paying for this - think again.

I'm fed up now my now tv white box keeps freezing and going off now tv I am paying my money for nothing I can't even watch a 20min programme I reset and checked my internet all fine
