Hi @Anonymous User,
Sorry to hear this.
Does nothing at all happen when you click on the back arrow on your remote? Have you tried the "home" button instead?
Thanks,
Rich

I've trued tgis 3 times now, i've reset the box using thr pin hole and i only get the the platform secret screen and it only has one green bar which will only move half way across and then stops, been sat here an hour now, its likely to go through thr window!!!!

Hi @Anonymous User,
Apologies for the very late reply.
Have you tried switching your pings (Enable Pings) rather than disabling them? It sometimes helps.
If that doesn't work please let us know each troubleshooting step you've tried so we can be sure you haven't missed something.
Thanks,
Rich

Hello,
the solution does not work for me. The pings are disabled. I can connect to the wireless network but not the local network. I have a Virgin super hub.

Hi again @Anonymous User
So there are other steps on this thread for you to try.
Such as changing the wireless channel of your router
Also try changing the and frequency of your router.
You can also try setting up a guest network to see if you can connect.
Thanks
Andy

Thanks, now working. I changed the WiFi to 2.4G & enabled the pings.
