remote not working

can't find how to get to live chat any more...can you please send me a new remote my up button is not working anymore

Just has a temporary solution until you sort out a replacement remote controller, do you own a smart phone or tablet where you can download from the Android, iOS or Windows store the free Roku remote controller app to use with your nowtv box.
