We're sorry you're experiencing this! How frustrating!
Are the batteries died or not made it?
Have you turned everything off and tried again?
If so you might actually need another remote. Annoying but we'll have to get this sorted so if all above has failed, I have sent you a private message so we can check over your account and resolve this for you.

Please can we make sure the following:
- Can you make sure the batteries are working or try a different pair.
- Make sure the plastic film at on the top of the remote is peeled off.

just been to argos today picked up my nowtv box , have the account setup with entertainment pass etc .. an lo an behold the remote doesnt work so what am i supposed to do now?????

Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear of the issues.
Unfortunately, in this case you will have to return the box to the retailer where it was purchased and request a refund or a new box if there is in fact a fault with the purchase. Hope this helps.

Hi milliek,
The NOW TV Box can be linked to your account as you're able to register 4 devices. Alternatively you can create another account with a different username/password in order to make use of the 3 month movie pass.
