I'm sorry to hear you've had such trouble with this. Have you used the box before? Can you bring the router closer to the box please as this can help.
Can you change the channel settings on the router which can also help.

Regarding Virgin routers, connection problems are often resolved by following the steps in this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/Error-014-NOW-TV-box to disable network pings and also ensuring
- Guest Mode is enabled
- Frequency set to 2.4Ghz.

The keys need to be pressed in pretty quick succesion. I hope this helps.

all my now tv box is allowing me to do is go round in circles It just asks me to connect to the internet nothing else there is no other access to this information you have snet me I need a step by step guide as to how i do this as its driving me bon

@Anonymous User that is the step by step guide. Using your remote press those buttons. Ignore the screen until you've done them all and then the secret screen should appear.
