Wrongly Billed

As i was aware i cancelled my nowtv months ago .. now to my shock and horror to nderstand they have been billing my account over the last 7-8 months aprox. i havnt watched nothing via nowtv as i new i cancelled my passes.

now i don't no how or who to contact as this is just giving me the run around. so please if anybody kows as to who i speak to for a refund please tell me .

You need to speak with a member of the NOW TV team, but you have a few options. If you want to send a private email or talk to live chat (open until midnight) you can do that from this page

or you can wait for a member of the NOW TV team to reply on here, but it could take a day or two.

 

The important thing is to find out where the active passes are so that they can be cancelled properly to prevent you being charged again. If you don't see any passes when you go to your My Account > My Passes page then they may be on a different account you have.
