Won't connect to local network

I have tried everything even the home 5 times and it will won't connect to network can you send out a new box please

Would you be able to let us know what you've tried already? 

 

As sending out a new box may not necessarily be the solution.

 

If you havn't already try  the steps here. It's also worth trying to change the router wireless channel which if you search  for your router and "how to change wireless channel" you should find a guide on how to do this via google.

 

Also if you have 2 network option to choose from make sure you choose the "2ghz" option when choosing a network to connect to.
