@Anonymous User which fixes have you tried?

Disabling pings?

Guest wifi network on the router?

Changing the SSID of the 5GHz to something different to the 2.4GHz?

Hi @Anonymous User

Thanks for your posts.

Have you contacted Virgin about this as well? Maybe they can make some changes in your area or help you set the router?

White box wont connect to my TV after being fine for nearly 12 months; nothing has changed????? Power light is on white NOW box and flashes when remote button is pushed but npothing comes onto TV screen. THe HDMI cable is securely connected to both the NOW box and the correct slot in the TV. All of a sudden it doesn't work?? Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous User

Thanks for your post and sorry about the delayed reply.

This may sound silly, but can you make sure your input channel is either on HDMI1, HDMI2 etc?

Also please reset your Box from the back (using a pin or paperclip).

Our white box isn't connecting to Internet either. Code 0014 I think it said. However the internet is working fine as other devices can pick it up and box number one is working. ...? We have tried all the trouble shooting hints and tips and to be honest it's a right carry on, might just cancel al together.

@Anonymous User which steps have you tried?

  • disabling pings?
  • renaming the 5GHz SSID to something different to the 2.4GHz?
  • enabling the guest wifi mode on the router and connecting to that?
