Please can you explain why I'm paying £9.99 (Twice) this month and last month, when I have three months free watching when I bought the Now TV box?

I'm guessing your 3 months free is entertainment. £9.99 will be a movies pass. Check you My Account > My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes to see if you have an active movies pass and if so you can cancel it.
