Payment

I've had an email saying you could not take payment but now tv already took payment from my account on the 13th, why am I being charged twice? Today's payment would have been the third payment in less than a month!!!! How can I resolve this as I now can't use my now to box even tho I've paid the subscription fee twice this month already!

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

Please check your account by going to "my account" and clicking "purchases history" to see what you've paid for. If you're seeing lots of charges it might be that you have more than one account. It would be worth ensure the card details on the account are up to date as this might be why you received the email.

 

I'll send you an email with a request for details so we can check our systems for any duplicate accounts.
