Both my boxes are frozen. I know my internet connection is working as I'm posting on it. I have a small now box and one of the new ones. They are frozen on the screen that has the listing of choices such as home, best of catch up etc... Even the advertising bit on the right of the screen does not work (on either box) and the spinning dots do not spin.
