Now TV remote

Brought a now TV box about a week ago, straight away all the buttons stick, I press to look through the films it doesn't stop moving at all, such a nightmare, how do I get a new remote that actually works??

@Anonymous User I'd suggest taking the box back to the shop for an exchange.
