New update problem

Since the new update i have to re-start the box everytime i attempt to watch as i get a message on tv saying no video available when i go off chanel and return i know this is not a major problem but as there is no re-start button on the remote i have to disconnect my box in order to get the home screen up.

Sorry that nobody has picked up your post as yet.

 

Would it be possible to carry out this procedure on your NOW TV Box, this forces a new software update through to your box.

 

Just want to make sure that everything is installed properly.

Thanks for the reply but the problem seems to have rectified itself not
sure if it was something i did as did try a few suggestions i found on the
forum.
