Do you have a white NOW TV Box? Yes? Great!
We need you to help trial a new version of the NOW TV user interface – this will give your box some brand new features.
We’re looking for a pool of keen users to test it out before we launch it. You'll be the first to see it, help iron out any bugs or issues and tell us what you think.
Interested? Cool, there’s a few things we’ll need from you:
- You’ll need to be a NOW TV customer with a current Movies, Sports or Entertainment pass
- We’re looking for users with the NOW TV Box (white) – We’ll need your NOW TV box serial number found on the underside of your NOW TV Box or on the side of the package
- We'll also need your NOW TV Help Forum username
What will you be trialing?
A totally new NOW TV user interface, as well as some important under-the-bonnet changes. We think you’ll like the new look and how the new app runs.
What will you need to do on the trial?
- Watch NOW TV as usual via the app . This includes sign-in, search, browsing and watching on-demand and live content
- Take part in any tasks/surveys as requested
- Report issues including the full scenario or description that led to the issue and include a screen shot, using our online fault report form
