NOW TV box has suddenly stopped working.

Hi,

 

My Now Tv box does not power up , worked fine then just decided not to work, what happens now? Do Now Tv provide a replacement or not or what ? Thank you Eliot

@Anonymous User As far as I know, the boxes are in warranty for a year. Did you buy it off the website or in store? 🙂

@Anonymous User Just noticed you posted under the white box section so do you have the white one? As that will not be under warranty as it is an old model.
