Why does my now tv box not recognise username or password -both correct and case correct

I cannot log in to my NOWTV box. Hard reset plus changed password twice but get the following error message:

 

Sorry an unknown error has occurred. Please reenter your username and password.

 

I am able to log in on my PC

it was an ip address issue. now solved.

I have had the app on my phone for ages and it has been flawless. today it wont work. I've gone around the houses! set a new password, but still says my log in details are incorrect. getting very fed up.

I can no longer login on any of my two (one white and one black) boxes.

User name and or password not recognized.

 

I can log in and watch via a windows laptop although it cannot find any of my passes or any of my details.

 

Getting rather hacked off now!

Thanks for your post.

 

It does sound that you may be trying to log in to an incomplete account. Can you double check you're using the correct one? Are you currently in the UK?

 

Just in case reset your password and try again.

I CAN SIGN IN ON LINE OK .BUT WHEN TRYING TO SIGN IN ON A NEW TV SET UP IT WILL NOT  RECONISE MY USER NAME OR PASSWORD. I HAVE  RESET THE BOX AND RESET MY PASSWORD.  IM A NEW USER AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME ITS BE SET UP ,IS THERE A DELAY ON NEW USERS
