My Remote Control is not working!

When I turn my box on it works for 30 seconds then it's like it has timed out and just stops working. I try resetting the box but then doesn't work at all. I've tried changing the batteries but nothing works. I've only had this box 6 months so surely shouldn't stop working!

Have you tried a forced update on the box, try this link article below.

Might be with a go if you haven't tried it yet.

Also, does the white light on the front of the box flash every time you press the remote controller ?

Also forgot to mention, do you own a smart phone or tablet ?

If so has a temporary measure until you get your NowTV remote controller sorted out, you can download for free from the Android, IOS or Windows Store the Roku remote controller app which works like a dream on the NowTV box.

My now to box is frozen with a solid white light on. Nothing is happening with the remote control

@Anonymous User It may not be your remote. There is an issue at the moment with the boxes.
