I have not had the internet for over 4 months tried cancelling my passes tried changing my card details tried finding a means of contact on the site nothing works!!!
i am paying for entertainment and movie passes I cannot watch or cancel every month I'm so mad I would like a full refund and you to stop taking money

I suggest you access the forums 'live chat' facility (preferably by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device) between 08:00-24:00Hrs and explain your requirements to them. Here's what you need to do: -
