Game bundle voucher

I purchased a game bundle yesterday that came with a now tv voucher for 3 months. Tried putting the voucher code in lower case and upper case but it wouldn't allow me access. What do we do now?

Just to check, are you going to your My Account > My Passes page

and  clicking the apply a voucher link next to the correct type of pass?

 

Also check you have a valid payment card on file by going to your My Account > Payment Details page and checking the card details

Finally try a few different combinations of the code, especially where a letter may be a number or vice versa, e.g 5(five) and S, 1 (one) and I (capital i ), 0 (zero) and O (capital o) etc

and you are still stuck after all that, go to

and choose the option to Start Live Chat who can check the code for you.
