Just to check, are you going to your My Account > My Passes page

and clicking the apply a voucher link next to the correct type of pass?
Also check you have a valid payment card on file by going to your My Account > Payment Details page and checking the card details

Finally try a few different combinations of the code, especially where a letter may be a number or vice versa, e.g 5(five) and S, 1 (one) and I (capital i ), 0 (zero) and O (capital o) etc
