Error code 4024

Hi,

 

have had Nowtv box for sometime and recently only been using for catch up TV.  

 

Want it to buy sports pass and had to reset password.... I get to 'Buy Now' and it does not confirm but says 'something went wrong' and quotes error code 4024.

 

please help as would like to watch SkySports 1.

solved it myself - needed to update payment info.

Im trying to activate pass on Smart LG TV App and got error code 4024.  Updated my payment details on .com site which has been accepted.  But doesn't seem to have rectified it through Smart TV.

 

I know the payment details work, because i've bought the 24hour sport pass and watchin live on my laptop right now.  Just poor viewing experience so want to get it fixed on my TV.

 

Anyone have any advice?

Have you tried signing out of the NowTV App and then re signing back in again ?

 

If that fails, maybe sign out again, delete the App and then reinstalling the NowTV App on your LG Smart TV and then re sign in again with the same username details that you use on your Laptop.
