Error Code 10021 on 2nd box

I've been trying to connect a 2nd box and had bother until I found your information posts.  I've got the box working (finally) using the steps on your other post.  However, I keep getting error code 10021 "You've reached the maximum number of simultaneous streams on your account.  To watch Now TV on this device, please stop playback on one of your other devices"

 

I understood I could watch on 2 devices at a time.......and I only have 2 registered to the account anyway.

 

Is this all related to the current technical problems?

I'm having this on my entire account, can't watch anything on any device. And Now TV live chat is not the best

Thanks for getting in touch. Very sorry to hear you're having issues viewing on your desired devices. Are you still having problems? Having looked into this you should be able to view on your desired devices. Let us know if you can't

No I still cannot view on any devices, it's so annoying to have a service
you can't use. I don't have this problem with other services

Thanks for your post and sorry about the delayed reply.

 

Are you still experiencing this issue? 

 

If yes, make sure you exit the app on all of your devices, wait for few minutes and try again to play out on one of them.

Thanks for the reply I reset the box so far everything is OK
