Error Code 10021 Concurrency issue

Keep getting this message when my other two boxes aren't even in use. 

 

Saturday night and we can't watch a movie!!! brillant!

@Anonymous User does the last used date against your devices match what you think is going on. Have you let anyone else use your details?

It finally allowed me to watch after 20mins... All the last uses matched on our registered devices, and no I have never let anyone else use our details.

Just annoying.

Our box will not allow the playback yet all the boxes are off and have not been used for at least an hour (one of only) nothing strange on account but cannot play anything !

Are you able to let me know if this is still ongoing ? 

 

The message usually clears within about 20 min's so this is a bit of a strange one.
