Sounds to me that you have more than one username on your account, if that's the case try signing in to My Account > My Passes with your other usernames until you see the cancel option.
Check your email inbox, junk mail and deleted folders for any correspondence from nowtv with your username details on them.

I'm in agreement with @schnapps on this one, If there are no passes listed then it does sound like you have another username setup that has your NOW TV Services.
