Cancelling subscripton

How do I cancel my subscription when it asks for more bank details when trying to get onto mypasses? I keep being charged and seem to not be able to cancel?

Welcome to the forum.

 

If you keep being asked for payment details when you try to cancel, you've logged in with the wrong username (for instance you might have logged into an old Sky ID you've used with Sky TV or broadband my mistake, or an old NOW TV account you forgot about).

Try logging in with any other accounts you've set up (check the My Account section of any devices you watch on to see what your username is, or check any emails you've received to see if they have the correct username on them).

When you're logged in with the right account, you'll be able to go to http://account.nowtv.com/passes to cancel.

This guide below should explain how to cancel your passes, if there is no cancel button option when you go to My Passes this would suggest that this username is an inactive account and if you have used other usernames previous try them as well.

Thanks for posting.

 

This does sound very much like the account you've logged into is different from your active one and there's no active passes on it.

 

What I'll do is send you a quick email with a request for some details and we'll help you locate the right account and get it cancelled.
