When you say you've tried everything, what does that include? A good first step whenever the box starts playing up is to do a hard reset. With the box powered up push a pin into the reset hole in the back until you see the box restart. Then re-enter your wifi and NOW TV account details again when prompted.
However if you keep seeing the multi-coloured circles that's the box buffering up the programme, and if you have a weak wifi connection this could take longer. Try rebooting your broadband router to force it to choose the best wifi channel.
Also make sure your NOW TV Box is not in a confined space such as under or behind the TV, inside a cabinet, stuck on a bookshelf etc. Ideally you want it at least 3 or 4 foot away from the router, and in an open area with plenty of space around it. Try a few different positions if you can, it really can make a difference.
