Being overcharged

I am being overcharged every month for one account, have tried to contact but the web site keeps redirecting and not letting me through .Can someone help . Not happy at all

Because this is an account related issue your best option would be to contact NowTV by either email or live chat (unfortunately there is no telephone helpline).

 

Try this.

 

Open my linked page below, click on the "contact us" in the green box, this will open a secondary page where there is an option to contact NowTV by email or live chat.

 

Recommend using a PC, Laptop or Mac when you contact them.
