So frustrated here!! Got my Now TV box 2 weeks ago and used it a handful of times as its in the bedroom. Settle down earlier to watch my soaps on catch up and it was working fine! Then when I went back to the menu to go to a different catch up it just froze!! When I tap the remote the box flashes but just doesn't do anything!! It makes all the right noises but will not move on the menus at all!! I have switched off and back on again and I've done a reset as well and still it's doing it!! It has the Now TV menu on the left then little bubbles on the right with no content displayed at all!! My broadband is all working fine and clearly the remote is working as it is flashing when I touch it!! So frustrating as I was just getting used to using it!! Does anyone know what this may be or if there is a known fault of any kind just now? Many thanks
