01374163 can not sign in to my 2 now boxes

I have now problems signing into my tablet or laptop

tonight I have reset password this has not worked.

I have restarted with power on and of this has not worked.

I have restarted power on and of on the now box menue this has not worked.

I have reset box with pin in back of now box and follwed the menues but this

not worked.
