Lost channels

Why do channels appear to drop off? This has happened twice to me. I suddenly get no signal and when you scan for channels over half are missing and I have to reset factory settings and start all over again? Does anybody know why this keeps happening...

Film Genre World Cinema

How do we search for films made in a certain continent?eg. China, Japan, KoreaVery disappointed that I'm unable to search by a country like certain websites.The Genre Section is not great tool. World Cinema only shows 24 films.

Something is not right, give it a moment error

Over the last week or so I’ve started getting an error message ‘somethings not right, give it a moment or check internet etc’, my internet is working perfectly so not sure what it is, keeps happening more often now too, which is rather annoying.
