Unable to reply to NowTv support email as the reply address keeps rejected email

I just recently opened a case thru the help center : Send us a message 

I received a response from support person

but now need to supply answers to their questions

But am unable to reply to their email, it keeps gettting bounced as undeliverable

as per their instructions I kept the subject lein as it was in their email

Address being replyed to is  "help ( at ) nowtv.com"

Any ideas please

Few things you can do.

1. Wait and a member of the NOW TV Team will pick up this thread in a day or two and email you direct.

2. Send another new email via the website with the info, quoting any ticket number you've been given.

3. Pop onto live chat and explain what's happened, they should be able to help.

If you're having trouble try a different browser or device (laptop or desktop is recommended although I don't have any trouble with tablets or phone).

Alternately just click the send a message button, it will be linked to your username so they can match it up with your previous message easily enough.

Was using Chrome - and not seeing it

But now using IE I can see the LIve Chat button

Still not resolved the inability to reply or send email to help (at) nowtv.com. ?

Keeps coming back

But the main problem I had with the service i.e voucher not working, has been resolved via the live chat

So for me, case is closed

FYI

It turned out to be Privacy Badger that was preventing the LIve Chat icon showing in Chrome

Are they the badgers that (allegedly) carry foot and mouth disease?
