I bought 2 boxes an only 1 works were I can get every channel my husband purchased them an my son set them up and I think he's used 2 different bank accounts to do this how do I change it to the 1 account

Welcome to the forum.

Open up the NOW TV app on the 2nd box, and on the menu bar on the left of the screen go down to the My Account option. You'll then see a Sign Out button that you can use to sign out of the account you are currently logged in with, and then you will be able to Sign In with the same username and password that your first box is using.

Hi @Anonymous User to add to what @Andy said. If two bank accounts have been used. You need to cancel one or you will get charged twice.
