Auto play not working

On now TV Bix just keep getting error message oops something went wrong we're working on it or something similar. Error code 1. Was working at start, hasnt worked for about a week. Also does it not work on Apple tv

Thanks for posting.

When you say "auto play" how do you mean? is this when your trying to watch content? - currently shows don't auto play rather a pop up is displayed to load the next episode.

Is this just on kids content?

Hi - thanks for replying - it was on the kids content and was coming up
with an error on the NOW TV box - it seems to be working now

This feature doesn't seem to be enabled on Apple TV for kids content? In
fact it just returns to the episode selection page for all content - I just
wondered was it only something that works on the Now box (for kids)
