At the beginning of April my system changed its display and said that my passes had run out and it gave me the option to do two 14 day trials even though payments were made from my account on or about 10th March. On 11th April my regular monthly payments were taken to update my passes but yesterday both my entertainment and movie passes are no longer effective. Please can you look into this as I appear to be paying for a movie and entertainment package which I can't get access too
