Nowtv not working

I cant watch now tv its dating not on this device and cant get on to devices

I have had no nowtv for two days now.

There is no streaming quality at all but I can get BBC i player,Youtube  and demand 5 so it is not the broadband.

Any ideas ????

Thanks for getting in touch with us. I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with your EE TV. 

 

Can you describe the issues in quality you're receiving? Do you get any playback at all or is it distorted.

 

Does this differ between Live and On Demand content?

 

Can you try resetting the box itself by unplugging it for several minutes from the TV and the Wall?
