Unable to watch live movies from the beginning.

Hi, since yesterday we have been unable to watch a movie from the beginning when selected from live movies. Just the option to watch live.. With message to check nowtv/status. As there is nothing on the status page regarding this problem, can anyone shed some light on this subject?

I'm a bit confused by your post.

From the live movies section, these are the Sky Movies Live stations, so if a movie starts at 10.00 and you join the movie at 10.20 you can't go back to the start.

But you should find the movie within the OnDemand section and can start it at anytime.

Hi, yes your right that if I try to watch a live movie from the start it won't let me. Even though the option is displayed, yet the majority of movies on the live channels are not available.

As far as I'm aware this prompt to watch a movie from On Demand when shown live only displayed on the LG TV App. Could you let me know what device your casting from?
