what is error code 10020

i have just signed up but when i log in on my tv it says error code 10020. what is this and how do i fix it ....

Thanks for your message.

 

We recommend signing up to NOW TV via a PC/Laptop or Mac. If you haven't done so already, you will need to set up the security pins for your account.

 

Please click here to find out how to enter your 'Payment Pin' and 'Parental Pin'.

Could you tell me what device you use to sign up with, and what you are using to try and sign in with?

On my you view box but it will let me sign in on my iPad 2

Thanks for replying so quickly. Please note that you will have had to sign up with a PC/Mac or Laptop so that your account is fully functional. Have you made sure to add your payment and parental pins when signing up?

 

When you are trying to view on your iPad, are you using the NOW TV app?

Thanks for contacting us. Please sign into your account, and go to 'my account' located in the top left corner. From there, you should be able to view and change your details, including pins.
