When we click on now tv it comes up saying there is an error code yvm105 what is the problem and how can we fix it? We have a 30 day free trial and are unhappy that this will no longer be 30 days since it isn't working. All of the other players on bt vision are working fine so they have said it is a problem we must troubleshoot with ow tv. Please tell me how to fix it, many thanks.

It can help to restart the YouView box and un-plug it for about 30 seconds and also restarting your router.
Could you also update all players using this method:
Go to Setting > Device Management > Update on demand players
