I also had the 6 months groupon offer. The movies work great but I do not have any voucher codes for the 5 days access to the sport.

I am also having the same problem.
It is very disconcerting that there is no telephone support for NowTV, and that it is apparent that other users have had difficulty in contacting customer services using the "live chat" feature.....
Managed to get onto live chat, apparently there are some "issues" with applying the groupon code..... the usual line of "we are working on it" and "try again in a few hours" along with "if it still doesn't work in a few hours we will issue you with a new code"
