I followed instructions from the carling.com/nowtv page to activate pass , it said to input card details (you will not be charged) , but I have checked and £10 has been taken from account .How will I be re-imbursed with my money?

I'm sorry to hear your Carling code was not applied. Can I ask if the code was entered on the offer page during sign up? - This should be the page right after your card details ar entered.
