Have you got multiple usernames or Sky ID on your account against the same bank card
If so go to the nowtv website and click on My Account > My Passes (you will need to go through each username if you have more than one on your account).
Whilst in your My Account you can also check your previous payments by clicking on View My Bills (again if you have multiple usernames you will have to check them individually).

If you are still going around in circles then contact live chat, open the same linked page below and scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the "contact us" button highlighted in green.
