Device Management - Removing Devices

So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!

 

Annoying!

This should now be resolved for you to choose the desired devices you wish to view on.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

We have reset your devices and you should be able to continue viewing. 

 

Please note that you can only make one change to your registered devices every calandar month and that devices are added as soon as you begin viewing.

Hi team,

I have been experiencing the same problem. I tried to remove two device, one last month and one this month. I was aware that you could only do one a month but thought there may have been a time wait for this process to happen. Now I want to delete another device it's showing as both are still listed against my account.

How can this be fixed?
